After that, Desiree was an AWESOME event manager leading upto the event and also during the event. I got married in Sept at Casa Bella and I highly recommend this venue. Being very type A and a perfectionist Hi Yvonne, Our wedding day was particularly sunny and hot and cocktail hour was outside. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the Bay Area. Sunol's Casa Bella is a beautiful spot to be married in, almost like a destination wedding.

Casa Bella has preferred vendors for DJ, photobooth, photography, and other services, and it made it really easy to choose, since they are all really good professionals. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else we could have asked for! Since the venue is beautifully furnished, it was one less item to worry about when it came to venue decorating. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the food cooked to perfection. Honestly, you could probably get away without a photo booth (but get one anyway because your guests will love it). She was extremely patient as we sent the contract back and forth, revising our numbers and options -- so professional and easy going. is beautiful! The food was delicious and we the bar tenders were friendly and made such good drinks. Casa Bella kept an open mind and listened to what we wanted and they made it happen! We mostly wo Hi Haley, t to communicate with in terms of finalizing my space and other requirements. I could not have picked a better venue or team to host my wedding with. No need for draping or anything like that which saved us a lot of money. At first, I thought that was weird and ran a risk of miscommunication, BUT it was actually quite perfect because you have even more support both during planning and wedding day. We also did a horse baraat through the parking lot, and loved that the bride could peek over from the bridal suite balcony. I didn't hear of any problems so I assume everything was ok, but if there was a problem, she handled it so well as to not let us worry about anything. It was farm-y, yet chic, and there are super cute areas all over where you can take photos. I loved her approach as she really catered to our needs and preferences, rather than as a sales-woman trying to sell everything they had to offer. Within a week, we had toured the venue and reserved our date (we reserved our wedding date in August of 2018 and got married in October 2019). Many of our guests crowded under the gazebo for the shade. The bridal suite is a girls dream. Every step of the way, Casa Bella's communication and support went above and beyond. The chairs are beautiful, there is greenery everywhere outside, the place oozes elegance and rustic charm with its brick wall to the gold detailing. They have a list of approved vendors and we tried out Sakoon and Bombay gardens. Our family and friends raved about Casa Bella, from the ambiance to the outstanding food. Everything at Casa Bella was stunning down to the last detail, and I loved that it required hardly any additional decor because of Veena's impeccable style with the venue, both outdoor in the ceremony area and the indoor reception. s a contributing factor with why we decided to book Casa Bella. It was wonderful. 
It was absolutely a stressful time, and it really helped that their staff was so friendly, communicative, professional, and on top of it! Highly recommended! Tips: you should invest in directional signs to guide guests to the venue from the freeway exit. Both Veena and Leann know what they're doing. Bella completely met these goals and exceeded our expectations. Finally, we'd be remiss if we didn't also mention the Casa Bella bistro -- they make incredibly tasty sandwiches and have wonderful service.

I'm going to tell you right now that it is VERY important to like the person who runs your venue and that you guys get along - it makes your wedding planning so much easier. We were allowed to work with our own vendors except for the DJ because they have a preferred list. Also a big thank you for sticking out the pandemic with us. Most other venues, I felt I would have needed to spend a lot more money to get the same rustic but elegant feel that Casa Bella already had. My husband and I were beyond happy with Casa Bella and so grateful to have found this beautiful little gem in Sunol. When looking for wedding venues in the Bay Area, we had a few criteria that needed to be met. We are so happy we got married here and would recommend to anyon. We had about 225 guests and they all felt they were part of an intimate wedding! Thank you Veena, Leann and Marie for an exceptional experience. It was rustic, glam, and everything we wanted. The team always got back to us quickly and always answered all our questions. About the venue itself, we especially love their pergola, the patio area, and all of the nearby photo spots -- Sunol is such a charming town. What we loved about Casa Bella that we didn't really get at other venues we visited was that it was already decorated with its own character as is. Veena and Marie's professional yet warm support put the cherry on top. We've already planned parts of our event with Marie and Veena, who are both super professional, put together, and friendly. The icing on the cake, we have a brick with our name on it on the wall of love, so every year when we want to go to their cafe, we can reminisce on the most magical day of our lives. My husband and I were looking for a venue that wasn't frighteningly expensive, but didn't look cheap, and also had almost everything in-house so we wouldn't have to rent anything ourselves. It is clear to anyone that walks in that the design team and staff have taken the greatest care in making sure Casa Bella would meet the highest of standards.
