Highly recommended if you are in the area. The restaurant underwent significant refurbishment between January and May, including the addition of a new bar and a terrace with views of the harbour, for al fresco dining. kinsale To try tasty crme brle, ice cream and apple crumble is a truly good idea. i had the sirloin steak with hand cut fries. Reservation a good idea. Loved the food, the ambiance, the servers (very polite). Mi is. Place, food, staff everything. Just didn't like the fact that the waitress laughed when she asked who ordered a blue steak (that she called rare). As well as that he comes in every day and bakes the bread, makes the sauces and the ice-cream etc for the restaurant. We went for the early bird sitting at 5.30pm. The dishes are delicious.

Their classic creme brulee with seasonal fruit and a tuille biscuit is superb and they also have a great cheese board. No complaints at all.

Main Friday was lifesaver and serving seafood till late!! Fantastic food and service at good value for money.
