For a GF and non-refined sugar brownie, these are lovely. Definitely a keeper! do they need to be stored in the fridge or can they be left at room temperature in an airtight container? I forgot to buy eggs (oops), so ended up making them with flax eggs and thus accidentally vegan (used vegan choc chips as well), and they still came out delicious. Truly my favorite brownies!
