It's the real touristy party and really the only part where you'll get a good party scene. When I traveled in my teens and 20s it was pretty much only bigger cities with public transportation. Dont laugh and speak a bit. Uber and Grab Car do exist, however at the time I visited they were at odds with the taxi drivers and there was a bit of a battle going on. Super cheap that way if youre willing to take local buses.
