You may have to take a look at your valves and rocker armsetc. if it is stuck for any reason, it acts as a kill switch. I would do some testing first. RPMs at idle are around 1250-1300 but if I rev it and let the RPMs drop back down it will either stop around 1250-1300 or it will just shut off. 19v on charge coil. Switch is not problem.
