The hookah wasn't the best, but they are still improving, so that's nice. We went to this place because it has high reviews. Absolutely perfect food. We fell in love from the very first day we ate here. Lovely friendly staff, would recommend. this place needs new ideas and more love for detail pitty. We visited this restaurant the last time we were in Cala d'Or, which was 7 years ago. We ordered chefs recommendations, an amazing lasagna with parmesan and serrano ham, and our starters were also amazing. The best restaurant in Cala d'or! Next to Petro Divers, this friendly, unpretentious restaurant has a bougainvillea-draped terrace from which you can look out across the harbour. Really big value for little money.

The staff was really nice, however the food was overpriced, and not the biggest portions, but tasted nice and look how much rhyme i create above i also missed the thai soups, and a nice mango with sticky rice. Try lobster stew or arrs notari, a rice dish overflowing with seafood and a rich squid-ink sauce. Unfortunately the bread and aioli beforehand had filled the space that dessert could have occupied, but the dessert menu featured plenty of home made options. Food excellent, we chosse vegan option and they was fantastic. Besides the usual paella and pasta, this enduringly popular place has been pleasing diners with plates of calamares rellenos (stuffed squid) lechona (suckling pig) and tumbet (Mallorcan ratatouille) for over 20 years.
Their grilled squid on the daily menu was one of the best we ever had and the view of the marina is really beautiful at night. Will be back next summer. Fantastic Service! Kids were able to order half portions and everything was very tasty. Kids spagetti meal wasn't enough to fill my little one. Faultless and a must visit for any visitor in Cala Dor. Five Star recommendation! While the aged, Josper-grilled meat is fantastic, the real secret to its staying power lies in the rice, seafood and fish dishes. 
Pizza and lasagna were delicious. Purple potatoes quails eggs fresh tuna pesto sauce cooked to perfection washed down with a chilled rose! The bread with allioli as appetizer tasted as if it was from a tube/jar, not hand made or anything. Well, what can you say about this place. First, it's overpriced, a lot. The tapas were fresh from the oven, and also the main courses were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had one bit of a satay skewer what is in the picture is what I left. Delicous food amazing service. You won't be disappointed! Antipasti sharer was perfect, and on the next visit the Chef's Choice Tapas board was amazing. Try the mixed Plate for 19,90 and get addicted the Sangria is also quite good must say. . We were recommended this place by someone we met. Make sure you visit!
Service is attentive and dishes like fresh lobster sauted in lime butter, squid with sepia rice or rack of lamb slow-roasted in its own juices are cooked with aplomb.
The ambience was OK and situated with a nice view of the Marina but we left feeling disappointed. The chef is amazing. Food price ratio is pretty good and the food was great! pulpo was hard, ham was wirey, fish was dry.

We told them so and they took the pan to give it "more cooking". After they "fixed it", the paella still didn't taste good. It depends on when you visit! If you are in Cala Egos or Cala Dor you must give this place a try. The frozen french fries didn't fit the meat, the sauce was not the best, it was totally tasteless. Asador Es Teatre specialises in roast lamb, T-bone steaks and other fine cuts of aged meat, all seared to perfection on the Josper (grill-oven). A cracking location overlooking the yacht port, chilled music and friendly service makes Aquarius stand out. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Favourite watering hole in Cala D'or! I highly recommand that restaurant. Food was also very good. Lovely little bar, so welcoming. The cocktails are also very much recommend. Owned by a English man who was very welcoming.
Unfortunately this is nowhere near value for money. Located in an old windmill on the road leading east from Santany, this sprawling stone-built restaurant has a lovely garden terrace shaded by palms and rubber trees. The staff where helpful and friendly prices where reasonable. but now its gone. The music was amazing and just the right volume. Drinks are amazing and well worth the price (16 for two but it looked like it was for 3). It tasted pretty durch like a frikandel. My God, fantastic!! Wine local and very tasty, food was super delicious and very filling. Not the flashiest place in town but it's often the most crowded. This little back-street Mallorcan joint comes highly recommended by locals, for its paellas, grilled fish, grilled squid, lamb shoulder and other Balearic favourites. Came here for my 19th birthday meal all I can say is the staff are lovely soo accommodating, the cocktails were banging and the food was delicious especially the risotto and chicken breast. Normal prices, really nice white wine and paella mixta, good tapas, fresh fish ( sepia a la plancha was so good) different choices in the menu. Rose sangria was also amazing never had it before and will certainly try it again. Stopped in for a drink and Tony the owner was brilliant and nothing was too much hassle. I was there with my girlfriend few months ago. Hopefully can try the food on our next visit as it looked incredible. And the drinks were perfection- the mojitos were made brilliantly. Great wine.

But the staff did everything they could. I had the salmon tagliatelle and my wife had a pizza. Service is super polite.

Little place run by its owner. Marta Rossell puts an original take on Mediterranean flavours in dishes like homemade fish and spinach ravioli with shrimp sauce, cuttlefish and mushroom risotto and just-right steak tartare all beautifully presented and revealing true depth of flavour. This is the best rated restaurant in Cala D'or si me and my boyfriend had to try it and was really excited about it. Good value for money! As we arrived early without reservation we were able to have a seat. Excellent experience at this lovely restaurant. The food here was very nice, small portions for the price but nice. The menu is best described as Mallorcan with plenty of international flourishes, as seen in simple dishes such as wild turbot in sage butter, or tagliolini made with truffled eggs.
We stayed in Cala D'or for 5 nights and we returned to Nevada many times to eat. The salads are so fresh and tastes amazing , Excellent breakfast from early morning (8.30) . We ate twice at Fernando's Cafe in Cala D'or and both times found the food and service to be amazing and very good value. We ate here and ordered from the set menu (Entree, main, dessert & a drink for 10) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Food was lovely, but the service wasn't the best, it was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't that busy.

Fabulosa!! Some fun mind games to keep me entertained whilst my partner watched the English football. The service is incredible (huge bonus wherever you are) alongside the great food. Really can't share the negative experiences. Professional staff and quality service. Such a lovely place to stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. cala So everything together it was an average experience, they had good drinks tho. A dessert of mango and cinnamon mousse was a nice finish. I recommend you go if you would like some yummy, homemade Spanish food! Enjoy!! The food was exceptional and the staff very friendly and helpful. Some minor details are reason to not give 5 stars such as communication among staff about 'not paying' our bill and toiletrooms. Would 100% recommend Nevada to eat and drink. We cannot wait to return and try the rice paella and tapas!! My partner had chicken fajitas wow, I couldn't resist having a taste again cooked perfectly and plentiful. A must place to eat in Cala dOr - super salads for a perfect lunch! With its pretty courtyard, slick bistro interior and warm welcome, it keeps its look, feel and food refreshingly simple. We had the shrimp spaghetti and the veal lasagne. Everything is spanking fresh, from the house-baked bread to whatever fish was hauled up to the harbour that day, with special mention going to the lip-smacking terrines and slow-cooked dishes, such as boeuf bourguignon. Cozy seating outside under the roof with the extra heater. Although, their arriabatta didn't taste spicy at all which was a bit of a shame. The food was excellent and service as well. We are locals and La Fontanella is one of our favourite restaurants in Cala d'Or. cala We skipped desert. , Amazing food, the unlimited tapas were super worth it. They would even say hola if they saw us elsewhere in the town or walking past. If you are ready for gastronomic orgasm you should come here! Pizza dough was amazing. Fantastic food, great service and very friendly. Friendly team and great service. They also had live football playing! The cappuccino is horrible. We have only tried their mix paella but it wasn't good. There was plenty of room for us.

Beats a dinner at the crowded walking streets any day. The service was fairly slow, but there a great selection of food, the staff were polite and I really enjoyed my meal. I couldn't praise it enough. I opted for spare ribs and a brownie for desert. To be honest we couldn't believe that was all they where bringing to the table.The duck was also tiny and not fantastically cooked. What can I say? When it did all but one of our meals was wrong. Very good ambience and food. It was not only awesome food it was dedication. Great staff, good wine list, lovely place to visit day or evening. Beautiful restaurant on the marina, service was excellent and the food incredibly tasty and fresh. All of our tapas were nice but also not over the top extraordinary. Breezy harbour views, friendly service and freshly caught fish make Aventura the pick of Portopetro's waterfront bunch.
The vegetarian lasagne is a delight and a varied menu makes this a good choice. If thats your cup of tea you'll most likely like it. It wasn't too much effort to make some appetisers especially for the vegetarian among us, nor to create an ad hoc veggie main dish that wasn't just the usual pasta. Having tried many of cala D'or eateries over the years, "la fontanello" always impresses. Refreshing, tasty and healthy and perfect on a hot evening. Excellent service with lots if choice. Chateaubriand although cooked well and obviously an expensive cut of meat, without wanting to sound greedy at 65 for 2 was a laughable sized portion. Amazing lunch today! It is great quality - we paid 36 for 4 glasses of wine and paella for 2. One of the places we always visit when in the Cala d'Or area. Great experience, recommend highly :). Outside area is small but always get a seat. Wine was good. All in all a very average place for somewhere quite expensive. For me the steak tartare was too spicy and too over dressed with mustard unfortunately. Every dish was made beautifully and the taste was amazing. Incredible food, great service, nice location. Should be five stars but the service was only worth two stars, so Ive given it four. An ok version of Italian food, nothing stellar. )), Love the place, English waitress ( prefer to be served) know how to deal with costumer, she is very polite and professional- give this place huge plus. Nice cocktails, but rather loud. All the food is homemade and the service it great.

Very good food for value and friendly staff. This slick, art-strewn bistro takes its name from the sea salt gathered on the rocks around Colnia de Sant Jordi. Nice cold beer in a frosted glass,very friendly staff. Thank you so much for making every one of our visits a pleasure! Generous portions, fresh food and friendly staff. And it was really not what we expected the food was just OK. My sate sauce tastes a lot like bland peanut butter and my boyfriend order medium steak and it came medium++. All in all, the best place in the area by the port. We ate only pasta there and it was executed well. Would probably not come back, but due to Corona restrictions not many places are open. Italian style cappuccino but its taste was like a long coffee with just water and with little milk. Lianne and Martin have always been great hosts but last night was something special. Starters were very good, everyone enjoyed.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Can't wait to visit again and enjoy a beer overlooking the marina. If it wasnt for the rude locals on the table next to us we would of stayed and finished our meals. Thoroughly recommend the chefs choice Tapas special - 7 items with a mix of Spanish and International delicacies served on a Platter, simply devine! The food was cooked very well, I just would have liked to see more 'meat' in the fresh shrimp as lots of shell but food was delicious and Emmanuel was an amazing waiter and couldn't do enough for us.
We had the mixed spaghetti paella and it was so delicious! Best meal we had whilst on a 10 day holiday in cala dor. Refused to pay for the main courses they were so bad. Lovely little Irish bar, all the staff are amazing and went for the fish and chips. Walking through the lovely center in Cala dor we saw this nice tapas restaurant. And the chocolate cake with the ice cream was good too. Really nice staff and nice food !! Chef is out of this world! 
Very good restaurant. Both were nice, nothing amazing, but after a long day it was awesome. Great bar. Come across this wonderful place in September while on holiday.
